Couscous with carrots and bell peppers

INGREDIENTS

1 cup couscous
150 g bell pepper
150 g carrots
100g onion
Olive oil, to measure
Cumin, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel and shred carrots. Chop onion and bell pepper.

    Sauté onion, bell pepper and carrots. Season with cumin.

    Prepare couscous according to the package.

    Mix the sautéed vegetables with couscous allowing the flavours to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
