Scrambled Tofu

INGREDIENTS

250 g tofu
100 g onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pinch synthetic saffron
1 pinch paprika

INSTRUCTIONS

    Squeeze water out of the Tofu. Shred, add garlic powder, paprika and synthetic saffron. Mix well, let rest for 10 minutes.

    Chop onions finely. Sauté onions in olive oil.
  3. 3
    Add tofu and cook in medium heat.
  4. 4
    Seasoning is optional upon completion. Salt and pepper to taste.
