Red Bean Chilli

INGREDIENTS

425 g boiled red beans
425 g tomato pulp
50 g onion
2 garlic cloves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chilli
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chop onion and mince garlic finely.

    Sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil.
  3. 3
    Add tomato paste and baked red beans, reduce to a simmer.
  4. 4
    Add spices and seasoning to taste.
  5. 5
    Cover and allow to cook for at least 20 minutes.

    Serve with a side of rice or fries.
