INGREDIENTS

1 Kg chicken, skinless and boneless (cut into 8 pieces)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. garlic paste
1/2 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. red chilli paste
1 tsp. green chilli paste
1 tsp. kaju nut paste (cashew)
1/4 tsp. kebab chilli powder
1/2 tsp. Garam masala powder
1/3 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. mango powder
2 tbsp. yoghurt
1/2 tsp. methi
1/3 tsp. rosemary powder
1 tbsp. mustard oil
Salt, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Skin and bone the chicken and cut into 8 parts. Prick well with a fork or sharp knife.

    In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients. Place the chicken inside the bowl and allow to marinade for 2 hours.

    Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
  4. 4
    Brush with oil and place on charcoal BBQ for about 6 minutes or more on each side, if needed.

    Serve hot.
