Fried Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS

20 chicken wings
1 1/2 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1 cup vegetabnle oil
1 1/2 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion paste
1/2 tsp. green chili paste

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a mixing bowl combine the wings and other ingredients except the oil. Mix, cover and refrigerate for three hours.

    In a large deep pan heat the oil. Add wings and fry until golden brown on both side color.
  3. 3
    Can be served with hot garlic sauce or tomato sauce.

    Serve very hot.
