INGREDIENTS

2 cups rice powder
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup milk powder
2 no. egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup palm juice
1 L vegetable oil, for fry

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a medium sized glass bowl add all ingredients and mix well. Keep aside, covered, for 30 minutes.

    Heat the oil and fry the cake until golden brown. Each cake contains 50-60 g of dough. You can use fast four finger for perfect quantity. Dropping of the dough in the hot oil has to be done quickly.

    Serve hot or cold
