INGREDIENTS

1 kg flour
15 g salt
400 ml water
1 L vegetable oil, for fry
100 g boiled cheek peas
200 g cucumber julienne cut
200 g chopped onion
50 g chopped green chili
1 tsp. ginger chop
1/2 tsp. black salt
1 tsp. chat masala
100 g chopped tomatoes
50 g tamarind
50 g chopped coriander leaves
20 ml mustard oil
1 tsp. sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Puri: Make dough with flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1tbsp. oil. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Divided the dough into 20-25 pieces. Make a round shape ruti it’s about 4/5” round and fry with hot oil and make it golden color with proper cook. In medium bowl mixed all rest of ingredients (boil cheek peas, cucumber, tomatoes, onions chop, ginger chop, green chilies, 1/2 tsp. chat masala, coriander leaves chopped, 1 tsp. salt and mustard oil). Stuffed the puri with those mixers or put the mixers on top of the puri. Make a thin sauce with tamarind water, fine chop green chilies, black salt and sugar. Puri served with tamarind sauce.
