18.0 lb of Apples, Cooked Magnifying_glass
1.5 gallons of Crisp Topping Magnifying_glass

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place 6 lb. of Cooked Apples in each of three full-size, 2" steam table pans. Divide the Crisp Topping between the three pans, spreading evenly.
  2. 2
    Bake in a medium hot oven, (375ºF conventional or 325ºF convection), until topping is golden brown and apples are bubbling, approximately 35 minutes.
