INGREDIENTS

5 cups flour, all purpose
2 1/2 lb. butter, unsalted, diced, cold
7 1/2 cups brown sugar
7 1/2 cups quick oats
1 tbsp. cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Combine all ingredients in 20 qt. mixer bowl with paddle attachment.

    Mix on 1st speed until butter is almost incorporated, and mixture has a fine, granular appearance.

    Chill until ready to use

This is a sub recipe for Apple Crisp. This can also be used as a topping on muffins or quickbread loaves.
