INGREDIENTS

1 onion, chopped
3 small carrots, chopped
6 fresh, ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
75 ml Extra Virgin Spanish olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Sauté onion and carrots in Extra Virgin Spanish olive oil. Add tomatoes and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Season to taste and blend.
