INGREDIENTS

250 ml milk
250 g cream
2 vanilla pods
120 ml fresh egg yolk
80 g sugar
250 g chestnut paste

INSTRUCTIONS

    Scrape the vanilla seeds into the milk and heat. Add the chestnut paste, sugar and egg yolks and make a custard. Leave to cool, then add the lightly-beaten cream.
