INGREDIENTS

1 L water
60 g hibiscus
80 g sugar
3 sheets gelatin

INSTRUCTIONS

    Infuse the hibiscus with the water for 4 minutes. Strain, stir in the sugar and, when dissolved, add the gelatin. Chill.
