INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Georgia pecan halves
1 tsp. salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Place the Georgia pecans in a large shallow pan with butter. Bake at 200°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. (Butter will melt after the first 15 minutes; stir well to coat all nuts).

    Place the toasted Georgia pecans on absorbent paper. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Store in tightly covered container.
