INGREDIENTS

6 oz. P&D 21/25 shrimp
1/2 small onion
1 poblano pepper
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 flour tortilla, 10"

INSTRUCTIONS

    Season shrimp with oil, salt, pepper, cumin & cilantro grill shrimp.
  2. 2
    Slice onion and pepper, sauté in olive oil.
  3. 3
    Place shrimp and pepper mix on flour tortilla with cheddar cheese.
  4. 4
    Brown on both side for 2 - 3 minutes.
