INGREDIENTS

4 cups water
12 oz. almonds
5 oz. bread crumbs
5 oz. oil
6 oz. vinegar
2 garlic cloves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. 1
    Place the bread crumbs in water to soak. Crush the almonds. Mix together the crushed almonds with oil, vinegar and garlic. Add the soaked bread and make a paste. Add to the mixture the 1L of water. Serve cold.
