Summer's Bounty Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 cup bananas, sliced
2 cups orange segments
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 cup honey dew melon pieces
2 cups watermelon wedges, bite-size
1 cup nectarine slices
1 cup green grapes, seedless
1 cup almonds, sliced and toasted
Scoop cottage cheese, as needed
Dill parsley or lemon mint dressing

INSTRUCTIONS

    Chill prepared fruit. Just before serving, toss or arrange on plate with almonds and wedges of cheese. Drizzle with choice of dressings.

    Dill-Parsley Dressing: Combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp. dill weed, 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1 tsp. chopped parsley. Mix well.

    Lemon-Mint Dressing: Combine 1 cup plain yogurt, 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. chopped parsley and 2 tsp. mint flakes. Mix well.
