INGREDIENTS

3.5 L water
50 g carrot
50 g leek
4 garlic cloves
100 g onion
500 g chickpeas, soaked overnight
1 beef bone
200 g collagen-rich meat

INSTRUCTIONS

    Carefully wash all the vegetables, cut into pieces and place in a pan with the other ingredients. Bring to the boil, then simmer over a very low heat for 5 hours.
