INGREDIENTS

8 oz skirt steak
0.5 cup of Chipotle Marinade Magnifying_glass
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups spinach leaves, trimmed
0.5 cup of Chipotle Buttermilk Dressing Magnifying_glass
1 lb. fully ripened fresh Florida tomatoes, in wedges
1 diced avocado
1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
2 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl, combine skirt steak and Chipotle Marinade; marinate for 6 to 8 hours.

    Grill or broil steak until medium rare, about 5 minutes on each side. Slice against grain into thick strips; set aside.

    In a bowl, combine romaine with spinach; toss with Chipotle Buttermilk Dressing. Divide greens among 4 plates; mound sliced steak on top. Surround top with tomato wedges. Garnish with avocado, bacon and blue cheese.
